- Q. What can I do on my tribute page?
- A. Creating a tribute page means that you can write your own personal tribute in memory of a loved one that can be viewed by anyone visiting the page. You can also add a photograph, or choose one from our gallery. The amount your tribute fund has raised will also be displayed, along with messages from friends and family who have contributed.
- Q. What information will I need?
- A. We have provided a checklist that has all the information you need to get you started. For convenience, you might like to print out the checklist. You can download the Checklist here.
- Q. Is it easy to set up a tribute page?
- A. Yes, it’s very easy. All you have to do is follow our instructions on the Step-by-Step Guide. Depending on your computer and internet connection at the time, creating your page should take about ten minutes.
- Q. Can I make changes to my page?
- A. Yes, once your page is created and online you can edit your message at any time. You can also view tribute messages that friends and family have left on the page and check the amount your Tribute Fund has raised.
- Q. How long before I can view my page?
- A. Once your page has been submitted to us for authorisation it will be available for everyone to view within five to ten working days depending on your payment method. We will email you to let you know when it is online.
- Q. Will my page be secure?
- A. Yes, you will be using a secure connection in order to create your page. And whenever you want to make any changes to your page you will do so via a password.
- Q. How long will my page remain online?
- A. The idea is that My Remembrance Day will be a permanent tribute to a loved one. If you have chosen to make a payment through Direct Debit your page will automatically remain online but if you have opted to make an annual payment, we will send you a letter to remind you that your next year’s subscription is due.
- Q. Can I create more than one tribute?
- A. You can have multiple tributes. Once you have set-up your first tribute, you can log-in by clicking the "MY TRIBUTE" button at the top of the page. When you have successfully logged-in you can click the "Create a NEW tribute" link.
